2002: Jensen served as a starter for most of her junior season, taking the field at the start in 18 of MU's 24 matches. For her play as a junior, Jensen was named to her third All C-USA team, this year being named to the third-team. As the central midfielder, Jensen's play centered more around transition than goal scoring. She had five points in her third season. She scored against Rhode Island (Sept. 13), logging the winner. She also recorded assists against UAB (Oct. 2), DePaul (Nov. 2) and Cincinnati (Nov. 9) in the C-USA title match.
2001: Jensen earned first team All-Conference USA honors after an outstanding sophomore season. Her effectiveness was noted by her assist numbers. She led the team with seven assists and was second on the squad in points with 13. Jensen also scored three goals on the year, all on penalty kicks. While her assist tally was good for fourth in the league, it was the intangibles of directing the Marquette offense for which Jensen received postseason honors. She was a talented distributor in her second collegiate season and was adept at starting the Marquette attack. Jensen had penalty kick goals against Memphis (Sept. 23), Harvard (Oct. 5) and Wisconsin (Oct. 28), with the goal against Memphis serving as the match-winner. She also had an assist in the Memphis contest.
2000: One of Marquette's more versatile players, Jensen entered all 24 matches on the season, starting 21. She was both a scoring and distributing threat in her first college season. She had two games where she both scored a goal and recorded an assist, performing that feat against Louisville (Sept. 15) and Southern Miss (Oct. 20). She finished the year tied for seventh on the team in goals with three. With five assists, she tied for fifth on the team in points with 12. Jensen was honored with spots on the C-USA first-team all-conference and all-freshman teams.
At Minooka: Jensen brought home all-state honors as a junior and senior as a four-year starter at Minooka High School. She finished her career with 66 goals and 54 assists. In her final campaign, she recorded 16 goals and 14 assists. In all four seasons, she was selected all-area and all-conference selection, and she was a four-time Minooka Scholar Athlete. Jensen was selected as a U.S. Youth Soccer Association Academic All-American. She notched 30 goals and 32 assists her junior campaign in helping her prep team to its first-ever regional crown. Additionally, she competed for the Illinois Olympic Development Program for six years and played club soccer for Windy City Pride ,which captured the Region II championship and competed at the national tournament in Orlando. An honorable-mention choice on the 1999-2000 Illinois High School All-State Academic Team, Jensen also played point guard on Minooka's basketball team and paced the squad in steals and assists. A versatile athlete, Jensen also earned letters in tennis and was named Minooka High School's Outstanding Female Athlete.
Personal: Born January 27, 1982, Jensen is the daughter of Kip and Brenda Jensen. She graduated third in a class of 279 and was four-year member of the National Honor Society. She is a biomedical sciences major.
