MILWAUKEE - Marquette University cross country runners, sophomore Jayne Grebinski, senior Cassie Peller and sophomore Anna Weber earned All-Great Lakes Region honors after finishing in the Top-25 at the Great Lakes Regional, Saturday, Nov. 10.

Weber led the women with a 13th place finish, running the 6K in 21:29.46. Peller was 19th running a 21:34.63 and Grebinski ran a 21:40.72, for 22nd place.

"Overall I thought those girls ran a smart race, and a tough race on Saturday," head coach Mike Nelson said. "Jayne, Cassie and Anna are the kind of girls that you want to put on the line in an important meet because you know they will come through. They were really impressive on Saturday."

The women's team improved its regional ranking to fourth following the meet held in Bloomington, Ind.
