High School:Bolgert was a four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School... Was a finalist for the Wisconsin High School Heisman Award... The Sheboygan Area Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2006 and the Sheboygan County Track and Field Runner of the Year in 2007... Led Sheboygan Lutheran to state championships in cross country in 2004, 2005, and 2006 and track and field runner-up finishes in 2006 and 2007... Owns school record in 4x800 relay (7:57) as well as 1,600m.

Personal: Bolgert was born on June 10, 1989 as the oldest of three children to James and Kathryn Bolgert... Has two sisters, Mary, 19, and Anne, 16... Bolgert plans to major in Biomedical Engineering.
